About Me

It all started with a McDonald’s Happy Meal

Photographer

Chris Parker

Ever since I received my first camera at nine years old, I have been passionate about photography. That was 30 years ago but that 110 film camera I received in a McDonalds happy meal will always be the one that started it all for me. I still remember taking pictures with it out the window of my dads 72 Ford Bronco as we drove from Arizona to Idaho.

A dozen cameras, 500+ portraits and almost a quarter million photos later I still enjoy capturing that right moment.

As a photographer, one of the things I enjoy most is the balancing of expression, background, lighting, quality and motion. There is something special about catching the right moment on someone’s face or capturing something others may never have the chance to see themselves.

I have had the pleasure to photograph in over 7 countries and captured many things I will never forget; my daughter’s first moments. Many things have changed in my life but the one constant has always been photography. It has always been there for me and hope to be able to do it for the rest of my life.

I look forward to being your photographer.
